This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator with an interest in People (HR).
You will play a key role in supporting the Directors and business leadership by delivering day-to-day administration and advice across all aspects of the employee life cycle, including on-boading and training.

Responsibilities:
- Creating and populating new employee records on the HR system
- Coordinating the ‘new starter’ process, ensuring new records are opened and all documents administered prior to start date
- Overseeing delivery of training; including formal (e.g. classroom), informal (e.g. floor-walking) or online (e.g. e-learning)
- Partnering with departmental management to provide new employees with a smooth transition into work
- Conducting regular audits of employee records to ensure employee trianing record are up-to-date
Requirements:
- Previous experience in corporate HR or Administration
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge and IT skills
- Ability to work independently; multitask, organise and prioritise workloads
- Attention to detail is a must, together with comfort handling a wide range of data (including sensitive and personal information
