About the Role:

Madison Logic is looking to add a talented HR Associate to their International team. The successful candidate will report to the HR Manager and help support employees in the EMEA & APAC regions, ensuring there is a flawless employee experience – beginning with new hire onboarding and throughout the employee lifecycle. You will help to foster and promote the Company’s culture and values across the international team. The ideal candidate will be detail orientated, reliable, proactive and professional with a can do and positive attitude. This position covers the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee engagement, employee relations, retention as well as light office management duties.


Anticipated Start Date: October 1, 2022

What You'll Do

    • Manage all international HR administrative tasks
    • Assist with international recruiting, including interviewing and scheduling, where needed
    • Be the first point of contact all HR related queries in the International Team
    • Manage new-hire-onboarding process for team members located in the UK, Ireland, Singapore, India and Australia
    • Conduct new hire check-ins with all international staff and share insights with the HR Manager
    • Keep a pulse on team culture and partner with the HR Manager and the wider North American Team on engagement and cultural initiatives
    • Assist the People & Culture team with overflow, special projects, and day-to-day tasks
    • Facilitate compliance with all employment-related policies and procedures in the EMEA & APAC regions
    • Assist with visa and immigration processes across multiple regions
    • Assist with the coordination of team bonding activities, such as off-site events and virtual events for all international offices
    • Assist in the quarterly review process and issuance of merit increases & promotion letters
    • Assist with Leave management
    • Assist with international Benefits administration
    • Light office management duties such as ordering and stocking up the London office snack trolley

Qualifications | Basic Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a HR or Business related discipline, and/or At least 2+ years’ of generalist HR experience
    • Associate CIPD membership or working towards gaining the qualification
    • Experience supporting HR Administration across global teams (desirable)
    • Demonstrable familiarity with employment law and processes in the United Kingdom
    • Familiarity with employment law and processes in one or more of the following countries Singapore, Australia, Ireland and India
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written (email) and verbal
    • Strong attention to detail and analytic capability
    • Ability to professionally handle confidential data and information
    • Effective time management skills with the ability to handle multiple demands, competing priorities and adapt to changes in the work environment
    • Ability to operate under pressure and within matrix/ fast changing environments
    • Demonstrable experience using HR Systems and Microsoft Office suite i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as design apps such as Canva

Expected Salary (Dependent upon Experience & Location)

Base Salary: GBP 33,000 - 36,000/year

Additional Compensation: GBP 2,000 - 3,000/year

We are committed to paying our team equitably for their work, commensurate with their individual skills and experience . Salary Range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process taking into account the experience, education, certifications and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated team members, as well as employer-verified region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner.
