We are looking for a proactive, organised, and reliable individual to join our HR Administration team, responsible for Support and Compliance. A highly organised, vibrant, and fast paced department, HR Administration is part of HR Administration & Compensation which sits within HR Services.

As you join our Head Office in Tolworth, you’ll join an atmosphere where people thrive from the fast pace of the retail sector. With your conscientious nature, exceptional organisational skills, and impeccable attention to detail you will play a key role in driving the performance of your team and supporting HR Services across 13 regions. What you'll do

 

  • Maintain HR Admin processes on the internal compliance tool (ARIS)
  • Uphold business compliance and GDPR standards
  • Provide support to the 13 Regional HR Services teams
  • Process digital expense claims through SAP Concur
  • Electronically file employee documentation on SAP HPS
  • Support in the update of procedures and processes
  • National Stationary Ordering
  • Support with the coordination of monthly conference calls to the Regional HR Services teams
  • Generate monthly HR Compliance reports and analyse the data
  • Organise national Eligibility to Work training
  • Support with national communication and distribution of HR Services materials
  • Manage returned mail
  • Process requests and respond in a professional and timely manner
  • Always maintain the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail

 


What you'll need

  • A self-motivated and proactive individual with a can-do attitude
  • Significant administration experience essential
  • Ability to work under pressure and able to work to critical deadlines
  • Able to prioritise own projects and support the team objectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with attention to detail
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel is essential
  • Intermediate level of MS Office, Excel, and Word
  • Awareness of HR and GDPR statutory guidance desired
